Book Review: Love is a Mix-tape

Love is a Mix-tape doesn't read like a book, it really feels more like i'm sitting at the kitchen table and Rob is telling me the story of his late-wife. We had to pause a few time so I got get some tea or cry but we got through it.

The only thing I didn't like was that there are parts where It really does feel like he's rambling on. but given the circumstances with the topic and how they are presented, it's slide able. It really hits you hard that in the blink of an eye something that you hold special over all things can simple be taken away. Just like that, no goodbyes.

I really enjoyed that he wrote down on the front of each chapter actual mix-tape lists. I am slightly possessed to make copies and listen to what he himself had. But that's for another day.

I gave it a 4 out of 5!
